Pre-order policy

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock and are offered for purchase in advance. These items require additional processing time before they are shipped.

All pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. This includes requests made before the order has been shipped. By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to the extended processing time and the pre-order conditions.

Processing times for pre-orders are estimates and may be subject to change due to operational factors such as supplier schedules, warehouse renovations, or peak periods. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation.

Once a pre-order has been processed and shipped, our standard return policy applies, unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update or modify this pre-order policy at any time. Any changes will apply only to pre-orders placed after the updated policy has been published.
